“They were extremely proactive and fast. They were a solid support and a strong partner for our growth and product.”
The problem
Zintlr had something rare at the early stage: a product that worked and customers who loved it. What they did not have was a system to find more of those customers consistently.
The GTM motion was founder-led and reactive. There was no repeatable pipeline. The product had not been positioned clearly enough for the market to understand why it was better than the established players. Growth was happening, but it was slow and unpredictable.
What we actually did
We came in as a fractional growth partner at the product and GTM level.
We ran a full product improvisation audit, surfacing what buyers valued most and what was getting lost in how Zintlr talked about itself. We rebuilt the positioning from the ground up, sharpening the message for their core ICP: sales teams at B2B companies who needed better, faster prospecting data.
From there we built the early growth engine: content, SEO, and outbound foundations that could generate pipeline without requiring the founder to personally close every deal. We also helped develop the launch campaign for a key product update, turning a product milestone into a demand generation moment.
What moved
Website traffic grew by 50%. Qualified leads increased by 20%. Zintlr reached product maturity faster than projected and launched their campaign with a clarity and confidence that had been missing before.
“They were extremely proactive and fast. They were a solid support and a strong partner for our growth and product.”
What this tells us
1
Positioning is the upstream fix. If buyers cannot quickly understand why you are better, no amount of traffic will convert.
2
Product and GTM are not separate. The best launches happen when the product story and the marketing story are written together.
3
Early-stage founders should build pipeline systems before they need them. Reactive GTM is expensive and slow.
4
A product milestone is a demand generation asset. Most startups let launches pass quietly.
