Thecss agency

“We feel that their founders are actively involved in the process as they guided us personally throughout the process.”

Viken Patel, CEO, theCSS Agency

The problem

theCSS Agency was a Webflow professional partner with strong technical credentials and a good client base. But they had hit a ceiling. They wanted to enter new markets and acquire new clients but had no clear strategy for how to do it.
They were growing through reputation alone. That was not enough for the level of expansion they were planning.

What we actually did

We provided business consulting and strategy across three areas: market expansion, content marketing, and operational improvement.

For market expansion, we identified new segments and geographies where theCSS Agency’s Webflow expertise was underserved and built a roadmap for entering them. We recommended partnerships and collaborations that could accelerate reach without requiring a large upfront sales investment.

For content marketing, we built a strategy and created the content: blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers that positioned theCSS Agency as an authority in their space and supported SEO.
For operations, we introduced better KPIs and streamlined processes so the team could scale without breaking what was already working.

What moved

Lead generation increased meaningfully. New markets were identified and entered. The team had better operational visibility than before.

What this tells us

1

Reputation is not a growth strategy. At some point, you need a deliberate system for finding new clients.

2

Content marketing for agencies builds the authority that makes cold outreach unnecessary.

3

New market entry requires a roadmap, not just ambition. Define the target, the message, and the motion before you start.

4

Operational KPIs are a growth tool, not an admin burden. What you measure, you can improve.

Ready to grow but not sure how?
