Recruitment services firm

“We’re impressed with their personal touch and understanding of our needs.”

The problem

A Chennai-based recruitment firm was growing but inconsistently. Good months were followed by slow ones. There was no underlying system driving growth, just effort and relationships.

They needed a content marketing strategy that could generate leads more predictably and a business consulting partner who understood their market and their ICP.

What we actually did

We took on content marketing and business consulting for an ongoing engagement starting August 2022.

On the content side, we built a strategy around the topics and channels where their buyers were most active, creating content that demonstrated expertise and generated inbound interest. We managed content production and distribution, keeping the engine running consistently.

On the business consulting side, we helped the team understand which segments were worth pursuing, which were not, and what processes needed tightening to support the growth they were building toward.

We communicated regularly via virtual meetings and were responsive throughout.

What moved

The client recorded consistent growth across the engagement. The team noted TCC’s personal touch, timely interactions, and deep understanding of their business needs as the qualities that made the partnership work. The engagement has continued beyond the initial scope.

What this tells us

1

Consistent growth requires a system, not just effort. Build the engine before you push the accelerator.

2

Content marketing for professional services is about demonstrating expertise before the first conversation happens.

3

ICP clarity reduces wasted sales effort. Know which clients are worth pursuing before you pursue them.

4

Long-term partnerships compound. The longer you work together, the better the results get.
