Swyftin

“Their expertise in sales, marketing, and support was just great.”

Anonymous Executive, Swyftin

The problem

Swyftin was a vacation rental platform with real traction but inconsistent growth. They had customers. They were not keeping enough of them, and they were not replacing the ones they lost fast enough.

Their sales pipeline was thin and mostly dependent on outbound. Their SEO was weak. Their marketing was not generating the volume or quality of leads the business needed to grow predictably.

What we actually did

We came in across three areas simultaneously: sales pipeline, SEO, and content.

We designed a structured sales pipeline that gave the team visibility into where deals were stalling and what to do about it. We built an SEO foundation for the website, targeting the search terms Swyftin’s buyers were actually using. And we created content that supported both acquisition and retention, giving prospects a reason to choose Swyftin and giving customers a reason to stay.

We also ran a process evaluation that surfaced what was working and what was being repeated out of habit rather than because it drove results.

What moved

Customer renewals grew by 32%. Inbound leads from SEO increased meaningfully. The team now had a process for managing the pipeline rather than reacting to it.

What this tells us

1

A sales pipeline without visibility is just a list of hopes. Structure it or you cannot fix it.

2

SEO for B2B SaaS is a retention tool as much as an acquisition tool. Customers who find you through search trust you more.

3

Process evaluation before execution saves months of effort on the wrong things.

4

In hospitality SaaS, renewals are the growth engine. Win them and you build a compounding business.

Growth that is not compounding?

Renewals and inbound are the two levers that compound. Get on a call and we will show you how to pull them properly.
